General

Booking & payment
All lessons and club sessions must be booked in advance via the online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.

Technical issues
If technical problems occur, we will find a fair solution (rescheduling or partial credit, depending on the situation).

Private lessons

1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the lesson is not guaranteed.

  • In case of emergency, please contact me directly.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.

3. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered missed.

4. Missed lessons (no-show)
Missed lessons without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Teacher cancellation
If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:

  • a new time slot, or

  • a full refund.

Club Causette

1. Booking
Groups are limited to 6 participants, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Passes

  • Single sessions are paid at the time of booking.

  • 10-session passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used for both Causette Café and Causette Culture.

  • Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.

  • The trial session is limited to one per person.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: the session is credited back to your pass (or refunded for single sessions).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows: the session is counted as used.

4. Late arrivals
Sessions start and end on time. If you arrive late, you are welcome to join, but the session will not be extended.

5. Teacher cancellation
If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a credit on your pass or a full refund.

6. Group etiquette
The club is a kind, judgment-free space. Please be respectful of other participants, give everyone a chance to speak, and keep your camera on when possible.
