Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. Booking
All lessons must be booked in advance via the online scheduling system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email.
Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the lesson is not guaranteed
In case of emergency, please contact me directly
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable
4. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered missed.
5. Missed lessons (no-show)
Missed lessons without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
6. Teacher cancellation
If I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:
a new time slot, or
a full refund
7. Technical issues
If technical problems occur, we will find a fair solution (reschedule or partial credit depending on the situation).
